Beautifully handcarved piece that takes your beverage consumption to a whole new level! 5.25-5.5″ tall x 3.75″ opening
These generous water cups are wheelthrown and handcarved stoneware. The clay body contains iron which leaves beautiful, dark speckles when it is fired. The ash from the wood kiln lands on the pieces during the firing and becomes part of the specks and glaze too! This piece is handcarved and no two pieces are the same because the carving is done freehand and randomly. It is covered in flashing slip and shino glaze and wood fired to 1350 degrees Celsius. Microwave and dishwasher safe.
