These cheerful dragonflies all around the mug will brighten your day from your first coffee to your last tea! 4.5″ tall, capacity 12-13 oz*
This piece is wheelthrown and the bottom altered by pushing each ‘ruffle’ on the bottom up with my thumb and the dragonflies are added in the panel, all created with sliptrailing. The slip decorations are handpainted with glaze, then a liquid wax is applied carefully over the glaze. After the wax dries the mug is dipped into its main color. This piece of stoneware is fired twice in an electric kiln. Microwave and dishwasher safe.
